No Division One or Two players from the VISL or LIWSA (or any leagues where there is no premier) are permitted in either the Men’s or Women’s rec or over 35 divisions. No Premier or Division One players are allowed in either rec or over 35 divisions either. No CIS players are permitted in the rec divisions as well. If that does not make sense please feel free to send an email and ask for clarification.

Standings will be determined by points and we will be using FIFA tie breaking rules.

1. Greatest number of points obtained in all group matches.

2. Goal difference in all group matches.

3. Greatest number of goals scored in all group matches.

4. Greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned.

5. Goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned

.6. Greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned.

Home team is the first team listed on the schedule (the team on top) if there is a conflict with jerseys the home team must wear pinnies

You may play for only ONE team in the tourney, if a team is caught using a player who played for a different team during the tournament the committee will get together and review the result of the game in question.

Red cards result in disqualification from the current game and may result in more if it is deemed necessary

Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games
