We are pleased to let everyone know that we have booked the Farmers Institute for camping again this year. The Farmers Institute is located on the same road as the main fields, just a 10 minute walk further up the road. There are showers, potable water and flushing toilets available on site. Camping fee is $100. Please fill out the form and submit payment via e-transfer to morrisonjordon@gmail.com, it is set up for auto deposit, make sure to spell it correctly. Camping is available on a first come first served basis. Each individual will be presented with a camping pass for the weekend and we will be doing spot checks throughout the weekend, if you do not have your pass we will assume you have not paid and you will be asked to leave the grounds or pay the fee with a surcharge added on.

Please note that camping is from Friday night to Monday morning. You have to have your site cleaned and packed up by 10:00 Monday. Please do not show up Thursday evening and expect to camp as there is another event happening that is not related to the tournament
